Shipping

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email containing tracking information.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Once an order has been completed, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address. ​​Once order has been dispatched Néjà is no longer responsible for shipping delays or fulfilment.

Returns

Faulty and unused items may be returned to Néjà. Please ensure before you return an item that all original packaging is present and intact. 

If your item is eligible for return under the conditions stated above, please email info@nejastudios.com and follow the instructions below:

  1. Insert your order number and email address

  2. List the item you want to return

  3. State the reason for your return

Your return will then be processed by customer service who will share further instructions via email.

Responsibility and cost for the safe return of the item rests with the customer. We strongly advise you to return the item using a tracked service. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and inbound costs will not be covered. Néjà cannot expedite or track returned packages.
